The location of this place is amazing, and the staff here are really good, I had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Amazing pool and big size room with amazing view. Marvellous setting, very close to the Aquaventure park, the man made beach, and the on-site cafe. Btw, located to the next mall. Overall wonderful stay on our holidays.

Marvellous and comfy location not far from the next mall, everything perfect. Diner The Delisserie was 1 mile away. We loved that all the staff were professional. It was nice to have rooms with a great view, a very beautifull bathroom.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment and the stunning views from the balcony. the modern and stylish decor made us feel right at home. the pool area was lively with a DJ and live music, perfect for a fun family getaway. the location was fantastic, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. the staff, especially Juan, were extremely helpful and accommodating, ensuring a great stay.

The poolside music could be heard throughout the day, even on the higher floors.

The value for my money at Eden's Dubai was really good. The room was spacious, luxurious and had fine views from the balconies.

The breakfast menu could have been more varied and offered a wider selection of options.

The room was super cozy and felt like a home away from home. I loved the comfortable seating area and the flat-screen TV for some evening relaxation. Having a kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave was a game-changer. I could easily cook and heat up my meals whenever I wanted. The private bathroom with a bidet and free toiletries was a nice touch. It made my stay even more convenient and comfortable.

Personally, I didn't really need an electric kettle in the room. But hey, some people might appreciate it for their tea or coffee fix.

The apartment was incredibly cozy and had a vibrant atmosphere, exceeding our expectations. The reception staff, especially Hillary and his colleagues, were exceptional, and the valet guys were incredibly helpful. The variety of restaurants available was impressive, and we had full access to all the facilities and more. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you to everyone involved!

I had a fantastic stay at Five Palm Residences on West Beach. The apartment was luxurious and had a stunning view from the 15th floor. The hotel facilities, especially the kid's pool, were convenient and welcoming. The local staff was very friendly, and the on-site cafe served delicious food. The apartment was well-equipped with everything I needed, including basic pantry items. The location was great, with a supermarket just opposite and a mall within walking distance. The check-in process was quick and smooth, thanks to Ms. Anna. it was a memorable experience.

I would recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I found the flat to be spacious and comfortable. The size was perfect for my needs. the location was ideal, with plenty of liveliness and events happening around. It truly added to the festive atmosphere. Lastly, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the quick assistance of Ms. Anna.

There were a few negative aspects that affected my overall experience. the lack of room service and no telephone to contact the staff made it difficult to address any concerns or requests.
